1.1. The scope of this policy only applies to products bought from Chilli Republic. From time to time we may run promotions with other businesses or advertise for other businesses. We advise that you read their policy for information returns.
1.2. This policy applies to all our customers, and you agree to this returns policy when you submit your order.
1.3. To take advantage of your rights in regard to this policy you must contact us before returning any products via email@example.com.
2. Acceptable returns
2.1. Chilli Republic goods are perishable, and returns will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances that are in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2.2. Exceptional circumstances include.
- The product is spoiled through fault of Chilli Republic.
- The product is damaged to the extent that it is inedible.
- Incorrect product has been sent through fault of Chilli Republic.
2.3. In the case of all exceptional returns Chilli Republic needs to be notified on the same day the order is received.
2.4. Before we agree to accept a return under exceptional circumstances, we will do everything we can to satisfy your needs.
3. Returning Goods
3.1. No refunds will be given for any returns made without prior arrangement with Chilli Republic.
3.2. Agreed returns must be made using Royal mail 1st class tracked.
3.3. You are responsible for any cost associated with the return of the product.
3.4. If the product is returned via a non-tracked service, we take no responsibility if the product is not delivered back to us.
3.5. Agreed returns must be sent back to us within five working days.
4.1. We will not give you a refund for any product that has been improperly returned by you in accordance with this policy.
4.2. We will not refund you any delivery charges associated with the returned product.
4.3. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. This cannot be changed.
4.4. We will not refund you the cost of returning the product unless agreed prior to the return.
4.5. If a promotional or discount code has been applied to the order being returned, the refund processed will only be for the amount that has been paid.
4.6. In cases that fall under exceptional circumstance, and we agree to refund, we will process the refund and you should receive this within 14 days.
5.1. We reserve the right to make amendments to this policy when required.
